If you have any need to return items please be aware of the following procedure and terms for all online sales delivered via a courier

  • We must be notified of any returns or damages within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods – call 01273 774455 and email info@prindustrial.co.uk
  • All losses must be notified in writing as soon as possible after the expected delivery day – once the item has been dispatched from us you will be notified  and your parcel will be allocated a delivery date.
  • If possible inspect the parcel prior to signing for the  delivery. We recommend the goods are signed as  ‘unexamined’ – this will assist us if we have to claim against our courier
  • If your parcel is visibly damaged on delivery either refuse the delivery or sign for it as damaged 
  • Should an unwanted item need to be returned we can arrange collection via our courier – this cost will be passed on to yourself.

If we have delivered to you via our own delivery vehicles and have any problems then call the Branch it came from Hove (01273 774455) or Eastbourne (01323 636121) and we will endeavour to fix the problem as soon as possible.
